During your booking process, you will authorize payment and by submitting your order, you confirm that you agree to our Terms & Conditions

Once you have entered your credit card details your credit card will be charged the full amount shown in New Zealand dollars. Please email us immediately if any details are incorrect and we will endeavour to ensure any errors are immediately rectified and a new booking confirmation will be sent to you.  Your booking confirmation is also your proof of payment, again please check these details.

Cancellation Policy:  Daily – Private – Cruise Ship – Group or Special Tours

Daily wine tours – Blenheim & Renwick, Picton & Havelock   Any booking cancelled outside of 48hours @ 8am of the tour day, your Tour Value will be credited to the original credit card charged.  Any booking cancelled inside 48 hours @ 8am of the tour day – all funds received are forfeited and no refund is applicable.

Cruise Ship Tours & Shore excursions – Picton  Any booking cancelled outside of 72 hours @ 8am of the tour day, your Tour Value will be credited to the original credit card charged.  Any booking cancelled inside 72 hours @ 8am of the tour day – all funds received are forfeited and no refund is applicable.  Any booking cancelled because your Cruise Ship did not dock as expected and we are unable to organize a suitable tour – your Tour Value will be credit to the original credit card charged.

Group Bookings & Private Charters - Cancellations received more than 14 days before @ 8am of the tour day, your Tour Value or any received funds will be credited to the original credit cards charged. Cancellations received between 14-7 days @ 8am of the tour day 50% of Tour Value will be refunded to the original credit card charged. Cancellations within 7 days @ 8am of the tour day all funds received are forfeited and no refund is applicable.

Please note: Any reduction in guests booked also applies to the above cancellation policy.  Any guests that do not turn up or are a No Show, all funds received are forfeited.

Unforeseen Circumstances – Covid, Pandemic or other where enforced travel bans, lockdowns, and you are directly impacted and your tour cannot be attended but it’s already within the cancellation period stated above, we will honour the booking value as a credit value for 12 months.  Where your travel plans are disrupted due to weather or circumstances out of your control, please in the first instance follow your travel insurance claim process.  We advise all guests both domestic and international to ensure they have the correct and sufficient travel insurance to cover tours should they need to be cancelled for reasons outside of either your or our control.

Our Privacy Policy to you – Top of the South Tour Co Limited, Discovery Wine Tours & NaClachan Wine Tours are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, that you have provided to us and we collected for the purpose of identifying your orders, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone; that’s all.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for any loss or additional expenses arising from changes, delays or cancellations that may be incurred by you.

If your tour is being cancelled by Discovery Wine Tours of Marlborough for any reason, your credit card will be credited 100% any charged amount.
